In drill pipe, casing and tubing industry, OCTG pipe are required to be oil and color painted and anti rust treatment. This steel pipe painting spraying machine line is full automatic in steel pipe painting production. Only one worker can operate this steel pipe painting spraying machine line.
The main process of this production line is as following:
Steel pipe loading; single pipe derusting; pipe transferring; going through spray booth and get oiled; pipe drying up; pipe weighing, length measuring and marking label.
Oil and color painted on pipe surface, and measure the pipe length, weigh the pipe and mark the results on pipe surface. All the data are kept in computer, PLC control. Full automation, fast measurement speed, good measurement accuracy; simple operation and convenient maintenance.
