Q: Silicon membrane and individual suction table design for wood grain transfer machine, which one is better?

A Silicon membrane design table is suitable for aluminum sheets, panel and aluminum profile, but good at aluminum sheets&panels, individual Suction design table is good at aluminum profile.

Q: Comparing multiple hot log shear furnace and single type, which one is better?

If use multiple hot log shear furnace, the billet is not necessary to homogenizing, good for 24 hours daily working. Single hot log shear furnace is fast heating, suitable for short time daily working, but the billet must be treated through homogenizing.

Q: What is the difference between transfer film and transferring.

A: Transfer film must be welded before doing wood grain transferring.Transfer paper should be used with plastic bag together, which play a part in vacuum sealing and paper protecting.
