Machinery Body and Structure
1) The 3000UST aluminum extrusion press is the type of 4 tie rods, one way moving,direct hydraulic presser.The frame is made by wielding parts, the front and back platen,container holder and the moving cross beam are made by high quality casting steel.
2) Front and back platen, main cylinder, main plunger, container and moving cross head must undergo the strict ultrasonic flaw detection inspection.
3) The sliding die system adopts the general integral mold changing mechanism, which has the advantages of accurate mechanical positioning and convenient adjustment.
4) For the billet feeding device, the single robot hand keep feeding the billet from bottom to the top.
5) "X" shape rail is apply to the extrusion tube to realize accurate positioning and heating by electric heat pipe.
6) The movable dummy block is adopted for extrusion stem.
1.25 time pre-tension of rates working pressure are added on the tie rods to prevent the machine from the occurrence of elastic deformation during operation , thus maintaining the maximum stability of precision and largely improving the product yield of extruded sectional materials profiles
